Summer Fest in Prince George

Summerfest is happening TODAY and offers a wide range of food, fun and entertainment for everyone. Organizer Heidi Martel says Summerfest has been much anticipated. “It has not happened in the last five years so Prince George Residents are ready and willing to see it come back,” says Martel. Summerfest activities take place at the Civic Centre on Qubec Street and along Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Avenue. Martel says there will be a Kids Zone, 5 band acts on the main stage and over 12 restaurants in the food pavillion.

Noah’s Ark Petting Zoo- Prince George

Cranbrook Hill Bed and Breakfast is just a 15 minute walk from Noah’s Ark Adventureland on Cranbrook Hill.

Noah’s Ark Adventureland is a running farm that provides fun and entertainment for the whole family. We offer hay rides, sleigh rides, birthday parties and pony rides. We have a petting zoo, play in the hay, playground, ball tent, gift shop, photo shoots (rustic settings) and we have a duck pond. We are a great place for school field trips.
Old farm implements are displayed and you will see many antiques. The original “out-buildings” (built in 1948) still provide shelter and storage. We offer guided tours, but there are many signs posted if you wish to explore the farm on your own.
